SA COVID-19 Mental Health Support Line

COVID-19 is having a significant impact on our community, requiring everyone to adapt in different ways.

This can be challenging and may have a range of impacts on your mental health and wellbeing.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The SA COVID-19 Mental Health Support Line is here to help by providing mental health support to South Australians.

A collaborative undertaking

An initiative of SA Health, operated by Uniting Communities.

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

We can:

  • provide counselling over the phone or via video calls or online chat

  • arrange referrals to a range of services

  • call you back if you leave a message

  • provide follow up calls to check in on you or someone else (with the person’s consent).

This service is operated by Uniting Communities’ skilled mental health counsellors. It operates 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to support people who need help including those who have had lengthy periods in self-quarantine and those practicing social distancing.
