Subject:  Review of the small amount credit contract laws

“The purpose of this review is to examine and report on the effectiveness of the law relating to small amount credit contracts (SACCs) and comparable consumer leases. 
These laws are contained in the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (the Credit Act).” 

This submission is structured as responses to the questions posed in the discussion paper release on 17th September 2015.
