Uniting Communities submission to a Senate committee regarding “The impact of changes to service delivery models on the administration and running of Government programs”. 

We described our concerns regarding Centrelink’s Robodebt compliance and outsourced debt collection program. We also indicate our support for the ongoing outsourcing of functions in the Human Services portfolio at the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and offered areas for improvement.
