Uniting Communities was proud to join forces with the State Government and a number of disability service providers to call on the Federal Government to ensure a smooth transition to the NDIS in South Australia.

Uniting Communities Chief Executive, Simon Schrapel, says, “Uniting Communities wants to work collaboratively with the NDIA and the South Australian Government to ensure that people with disability are able to successfully access and implement their plans and receive the reasonable and necessary supports they deserve.

“This is especially important for vulnerable people with high and complex needs who are at risk of falling through the gaps and who warrant specific attention in the roll our of the scheme in South Australia.”
