Uniting Communities’ main focus in considering the costs of services is impacts on private sector renters, the poorest people in our communities.

We conducted an online survey of renters, regarding water and sewerage costs. This is a submission to ESCoSA (Essential Service Commission of SA) regarding the findings and recommendations.
