Program Information
Rehabilitating in our community houses
We can help you to change your use of alcohol or other drugs if it is causing problems in your life. You can choose to rehabilitate in one of our shared houses, as part of the Community Residential Rehabilitation Program. Houses are in north-west Adelaide, Mount Gambier, Murray Bridge and Renmark.
Supporting your connection to culture and community
We understand that connecting to culture is important for reaching your goals. We will support your links with family and community as we work together.
Helping you to make positive, lasting changes
People who misuse substances often experience other challenges in their life. These might be poverty, housing, trauma, social disadvantage, or problems with physical and mental health.

Let's talk about how we can help

OUR STORY

The Aboriginal community helped shape the story of our service + the imagery we use. As much as possible, elements have been designed to represent all Aboriginal people nationally + their communities.

Shield of Hope

  • The shield symbolises individuality and inner strength. It represents the barrier that people must cross to gain strength and support. It also symbolises protection in harmony and the hope needed to achieve aims and goals.

  • The lines surrounding the shield represent the roads and many pathways that one has to travel. It symbolises the connections between the client, their life journey and the service.

  • The glow surrounding the shield represents the will and power someone gains as they work towards sobriety. It symbolises the sun as a life-giving source

Kangaroo Life Journey Towards Connection

  • The kangaroo’s movement represents a person’s life journey. It shows the strength that they must gain to achieve their aims and goals.

  • The kangaroo heading towards the sun (life’s giving source) represents the healing and power a person gains as they travel within the service.

  • The kangaroo, sun and earth together represent the harmony, satisfaction and healing that the person will gain throughout their journey of recovery.

  • The kangaroo and its surroundings represent the individual’s strength in reaching their own destinations and arriving well.
