We provide services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness

People who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless may need to access a range of services. This may be to find emergency accommodation or to receive specialised support. 

 

Homeless Connect SA

Homeless Connect SA is a 24/7 state-wide free call telephone service for anyone experiencing homelessness in SA. You can call any time to find information and be referred to homelessness services.

Ruby's Reunification Program

Ruby’s helps keep families together and young people out of the homelessness sector. We help to resolve conflict and improve relationships between a young person and their parents or caregivers. We also welcome young people who are currently not at home, but would like to find a way to return.

Kurlana Tampawardli

Kaurna for ‘new house on the Plains’, Kurlana Tampawardli provides a range of supports for Aboriginal people from rural and the APY Lands who are experiencing rough sleeping or overcrowding when in Adelaide.

Reconnecting families – Reconnect (Salisbury)

This service supports young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Salisbury area. Our focus is on intervening early to reunify families through counselling, as well as connecting young people with education, training, work and their wider community.

Streetlink Youth Health Service

A free and confidential service that provides a safe place for vulnerable or high risk young people aged 12 to 25 and their children. A place to seek information and support as well as a connection to health services and alcohol and other drug services from people who care.
