If you’re finding it hard to see a doctor or nurse, our outreach health team is here for adults in Port Adelaide Enfield.
We can provide:
Check-ups and treatment
Scripts and referrals to other health services
Support to see local GPs and allied health workers
Help with some health costs
Our team includes a GP and a Registered Nurse who’ll work with you to get the care you need.

Streetlink+ is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
