Staying mentally sharp
We offer group classes to challenge your mind, helping you to ‘age sharp’. Whether you want to stay alert or brush up on your skills, we work with you to find activities that best suit your needs. Barbara, Allied Health Client

"I have enjoyed it and my balance has improved. I have stopped using my walking stick. I feel more confident within myself. There have been a lot of benefits."

Our services are designed to suit people over 50.

If you are over 65, or 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, you may be eligible for government support for services.

You can access our services as part of your home support package, or privately.

There are options for people receiving government support or paying privately. We also offer services to people living in a Uniting Communities aged care residence.

My Aged Care assesses your eligibility for a home support package. You can call them on 1800 200 422 or speak with your doctor to arrange a referral to Uniting Communities.

Services are offered from our Prospect and city offices.

We can also visit you in your home, or if you live in one of Uniting Communities’ aged care residences

Call us to talk about your options

We can talk through your options and the assessment process to see if you’re eligible for government support.
