Specialist dementia care
Supporting people with severe symptoms of dementia to transition to mainstream aged care residences.
The program is personalised to improve quality of life of people living with severe dementia. It aims to help reduce or stabilise the person's symptoms so that they can transition back to a less intensive setting.

Fees + charges
All aged care homes set their own room pricing, within limits that the government determines.
This depends on factors like location and the size or features of rooms. Your My Aged Care assessment will decide the amount you need to pay for accommodation and how much government support you can receive.
