We offer personal and group counselling services to support your mental health.

We can work with you or your family to find ways to deal with challenges and improve wellbeing. These might relate to alcohol and other drugs, domestic and family violence, sexual abuse or sexual assault, or understanding gender and sexual identity.

Family Mental Health Support Service
Caring for a young person with mental health issues can be challenging. The Family Mental Health Support Service can help. We offer free counselling and information to families concerned about a young person aged under 18. Our goal is to help children and families to improve mental health, resilience and confidence.
Mental health support for older people
The Southern and Northern Supported Recovery Program can help older people living in the southern and northern regions of Adelaide who are experiencing mental illness.
Psychosocial disability services
We provide recovery support services if you are experiencing long-term mental health issues, and would like support to live the best life you can.
